Charm Bar & Permanent Jewelry Parties:

Party Size & Timing

We can reserve one charm table for up to 6 guests during regular store hours (10am–6pm).

For larger groups of up to 12 guests, we offer after-hours parties with two Charm Tables and dedicated staff members to support your party experience. A $100 after-hours fee helps cover staffing so our team can be there to make your party fun, easy, and stress-free!

Party Pricing & Budget

As a guideline, most Charm Bar parties spend $50–$70 per guest, which typically includes:

• A necklace or bracelet (starting at $28)

• 3–5 charms ($9 each)

If you’d like to add Permanent Jewelry to your party, chain pricing ranges from $65–$90, depending on the style you choose. Looking to add a little extra sparkle? Connectors are available for $32, allowing your guests to personalize their piece even more.

We’re happy to tailor the experience to your preferred budget — just let us know what you have in mind!

To keep things fun and stress-free, we curate a special selection of necklaces and bracelets for your group so guests aren’t overwhelmed by choices. From there, they select their charms and design their own unique pieces with our team’s hands-on help.

Party Deposit

We require a $100 deposit to reserve your table. For parties during regular store hours, your deposit is fully applied toward your Charm Bar purchase at your visit. For after-hours parties (6-8PM), the $100 deposit becomes a non-refundable staffing fee so our team can be there to make your party fun, easy, and stress-free!
