Shipping:

  • Orders generally ship within 2 business days
  • $7 flat rate shipping on all US orders
  • Free shipping on orders over $75
  • Please note, all orders are defaulted to include Route shipping protection. If a customer chooses to decline this coverage, please know that Soda Pop is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen or missing packages.

Pickup:

  • If you are Local only, and you would like to pick up your order, please select Local Pickup at checkout

 

Returns (In Store Customers):

  • We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
  • Charm It items are final sale.
  • Premium Charms include a 14-day guarantee.
  • Luxe Charms include a 30-day guarantee.
  • All items being returned must have tags still attached and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Non-returnable items: products notated (Final Sale), sale items, Spirit Wear, Custom Printing, holiday & seasonal items (after the date of the holiday)
  • Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis in cases of defective or damaged items only

 

Returns (Online Customers):

Please initiate a return request on your online Soda Pop Account under Orders.

  • We gladly offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Store Credit will be issued via an emailed gift card.
  • Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All items being returned must have tags still attached and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Non-returnable items: products notated (Final Sale), sale items, Spirit Wear, Custom Printing, holiday & seasonal items (after the date of the holiday)
  • Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis in cases of defective or damaged items only
  • Please include a note in your return package with your order number and email address for store credit.
  • Once received and inspected, a Soda Pop Gift Card will be issued via email.
